The Buying Process

When working with you I know that truly listening to your wants and needs is the biggest piece of the puzzle. I will always be honest, direct and stay in constant contact with you. I will actually answer the phone when you call!
The first step is for you to get pre-approved for a loan. This is important so we can make sure we are looking at homes in a price range that is comfortable for you. We will need to submit your pre-approval letter when submitting your offer, giving your offer strength. If you will be making a cash offer I will need to submit proof of funds. If you are not currently working with a loan officer, I can provide you with a few names of folks I have worked with in the past.
Once we find your find beach home I will do the market research comparing comparable properties so we can make a fair market offer. I will contact the listing agent to see if I can get more details, see what their motivation is for selling. I work on your behalf, having your best interests in mind.
Once we have a ratified offer I will send you a schedule of deadlines according to the offer. I will keep you in the loop every step of the way, making sure everyone stays on track. As a buyer, you schedule the inspections and choose the settlement attorney. I make all of this happen seamlessly so that we have a smooth transaction, leading to a successful settlement!
